Can’t say enough good things about Jo and his work. After phoning multiple so called “flooring professionals” I was beginning to lose hope in getting my flooring fitted as it was particularly complex and no one was brave enough to give me advice, never mind actually do the job.
Joe on the other hand was amazing. Spoke to me several times over the phone and gave me so much advice and time, even before I’d promised him the job and could have gone elsewhere. I really challenged Jo and he was always super friendly and patient, always answering the phone every time I had a new question, of which I had many! After navigating many hurdles Jo true to his word came and did the job. Turned up on time, carried out excellent quality work and cleaned up to the point you couldn’t even tell he had been there. Pricing was also excellent and even though I was at my wits end and could have easily been taken advantage of, Jo gave me a brilliant price! In conclusion I will be recommending Jo to everyone who requires top quality work, from a reliable, knowledgeable, friendly guy and brilliant prices! Qualities that seem to be devoid of 99% of builders out there. Thanks again
