Finger Block Style Luxury Vinyl Flooring Laid in Burton on Trent

Finger block flooring consists of small fingers of wood placed in a square pattern, which is repeated over the surface of the floor, giving the impression of lots of different squares. In this instance, we used four pieces of wood in each square. We framed this with a two-brick border, which nicely defined the shape of the room. We used the same flooring on the steps leading to the stairs and continued the same pattern into the space at the bottom of the stairs so there was a cohesive feel throughout.
